FOR ACTORS. BY INDUSTRY INSIDERS.

Your career is your business,
let’s build it like one.

Join the first-ever 12-week cohort-based mentorship designed to help actors navigate auditions, branding, self-tapes, representation, and long-term career growth.

The Business of Acting

Most actors pour everything into their craft — and that's not wrong. But many professionals in the industry consider an acting career to be roughly 60% business savvy and 40% acting craft.

The 60% involves developing, marketing, and managing your career to generate opportunities rather than simply waiting for them. It means building a strategic, long-term plan to navigate the industry with intention and confidence.

TCT exists to teach that side of the business, the side most actors never get formal guidance on. The submissions, the branding, the representation strategy, the materials, the networking. The whole picture.

We're here for
the 60%.

About TCT

For nearly a decade, Jean served as a leading talent agent in the faith-based film space, representing actors on projects such as The Chosen, County Rescue, Vindication, Lifemark, The Forge, American Underdog, and Disciples in the Moonlight.

As an LA Talent Agent, she also successfully booked talent in mainstream projects, including Yellowstone, 1923, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and Outer Banks. Her experience has provided her with firsthand insight into the qualities that distinguish actors who build lasting careers.

Sarah LeJeune is an award-winning actress, author of The Beginning Actor’s Guide, and brings 20+ years across acting, editing, screenwriting, casting direction, and content production. Her full-picture perspective is exactly what she brings to every actor she works with.

Together, they support actors on both sides of the actor-agent relationship.

Why Us?

Here’s what folks
are saying about TCT.

  • It is always a pleasure to work with Jean, she is such an experienced professional, kind, warm, knowledgeable, and has the best interest of her clients at the top of her mind. She has an incredible eye for talent.

  • We just can’t say enough wonderful things about working with Jean and Treasure Coast Talent! I’m reminded of the helpful saying, “Time and truth go hand in hand.” Give it enough time, you’ll find out the truth about a person. And the longer we’ve known Jean, the more we've seen her great wisdom and integrity. We’re honored to call her our colleague and friend.

  • I have worked with Jean for years now. I audition her actors for every job that I have and I always end up booking some of them. She has a great eye for Talent and I hope to continue to work with her and her actors.

  • From the very beginning, I felt seen and understood by Jean and Sarah. I wasn’t just an actor on their roster. I was a valuable team member. Jean and Sarah know the industry, they communicate thoroughly, they are very professional and punctual; all the things that a talent agency needs in their skill set. But it was their empathy and understanding of me as a person that made working with them so enjoyable. That, coupled with guiding me through headshots, auditions, negotiations, and fighting for me, made working with them so enjoyable. Cannot say enough good things about TCT.

  • Jean and Treasure Coast Talent have been great to work with. In my experience, Jean has always been professional, honest, responsive, and clear in her communication. She cares about actors and takes the work seriously. I have appreciated her integrity, follow-through, and the way she serves people well. I am glad to recommend her and excited to see this next chapter of TCT.

  • What began as a professional collaboration quickly became a true partnership—Jean not only helped us navigate the casting process but also took the time to educate us on industry best practices, ensuring that we felt informed, prepared, and confident as new filmmakers. Her experience, wisdom, and leadership proved invaluable at every stage of production. So many times, we would think "Is that really the best option? Or, something feels off here... Let's call Jean to make sure."

For any actor looking to grow, develop their craft, and build a meaningful career in film, we wholeheartedly recommend Jean Wenger and Treasure Coast Talent.

  • I've had the privilege of working with Jean Wenger and TCT over multiple film projects, and I can confidently say they are among the most professional and trustworthy people in the industry. Jean and Sarah consistently provided us with high-quality actors while making the casting process smooth and efficient. I highly recommend Jean and Sarah to both actors and filmmakers alike.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

  • The decision was made to shift focus toward empowering actors through guidance and mentorship rather than simply representing them. The ultimate goal: to guide actors toward becoming paid, working professional actors with representation. Mentorship, done right, is more powerful.

  • This program is designed for actors in the first 1-3 years of their on-screen careers, regardless of background. Whether you're a theatre actor transitioning into TV and film, a model or commercial actor looking to expand into theatrical work, or someone who dreams of an on-screen acting career but isn't sure where to begin, our curriculum and mentorship are designed to meet you where you are and help you build a strong foundation for long-term success.

  • No. Many students enter without any of those things — building your materials package is part of what we cover. You need nothing except a willingness to show up and do the work.

  • We get it — life happens. While sessions are recorded, recordings are not distributed. Instead, that's exactly what your community is for. Your cohort and private Facebook group are there to fill in the gaps — ask your fellow students what you missed, get caught up on discussion topics, and stay connected between classes. The community is part of the program, not an afterthought.

  • Classes are held via Zoom. A link will be provided to enrolled students before the first session.

  • All sales are final once payment is received — spots are limited and held on a first-come, first-served basis, so please review the semester dates carefully before enrolling.

That said, we understand that life happens. If you become fully unable to complete the program, your spot may be transferred to another individual at your discretion. Transfers are for the full enrollment only — spots cannot be split or shared between multiple people. To initiate a transfer, contact us at office@treasurecoasttalent.com.

  • The Tuesday 4:00 PM ET community is specifically designed for kids, teens, and their parents. It covers the same core concepts with age-appropriate guidance and includes parent-facing content about navigating the industry alongside your child.
