FOR ACTORS. BY INDUSTRY INSIDERS.

Your career is your business,
let’s build it like one.

Join the first-ever 12-week, LIVE cohort-based mentorship designed to help actors navigate auditions, branding, self-tapes, representation, and long-term career growth.

The Business of Acting

Most actors pour everything into their craft — and that's not wrong. But many professionals in the industry consider an acting career to be roughly 60% business savvy and 40% acting craft.

The 60% involves developing, marketing, and managing your career to generate opportunities rather than simply waiting for them. It means building a strategic, long-term plan to navigate the industry with intention and confidence.

TCT exists to teach that side of the business, the side most actors never get formal guidance on. The submissions, the branding, the representation strategy, the materials, the networking. The whole picture.

We're here for
the 60%.

About TCT

Jean Selig-Wenger spent nearly a decade as the leading talent agent in the faith-based film space, representing actors on projects like The Chosen, Yellowstone, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, and Outer Banks. She has seen firsthand what separates actors who build careers from those who don't.

Sarah LeJeune is an award-winning actress, author of The Beginning Actor’s Guide, and brings 20+ years across acting, editing, screenwriting, casting direction, and content production. Her full-picture perspective is exactly what she brings to every actor she works with.

Together, they support actors on both sides of the actor-agent relationship.

FAQ

Frequently Asked
Questions

  • The decision was made to shift focus toward empowering actors through guidance and mentorship rather than simply representing them. The ultimate goal: to guide actors toward becoming paid, working professional actors with representation. Mentorship, done right, is more powerful.

  • Yes — absolutely. This program is designed for actors in their first 1-2 years of on-screen career, regardless of background. A 20-year theatre veteran new to film and TV is exactly who we built this for. On-camera is a different skill set and a different industry, and we'll meet you where you are.

  • No. Many students enter without any of those things — building your materials package is part of what we cover. You need nothing except a willingness to show up and do the work.

  • Three payments of $450 over the course of the semester, totaling $1,350. Your first payment secures your spot. Paying in full ($1,250) saves you $100 and is processed as a single transaction.

  • No — your spot is secured when payment is received, not when the form is submitted. You'll receive a payment link after submitting, and spots are held in the order payment clears. Don't wait.

  • We get it — life happens. While sessions are recorded, recordings are not distributed. Instead, that's exactly what your community is for. Your cohort and private Facebook group are there to fill in the gaps — ask your fellow students what you missed, get caught up on discussion topics, and stay connected between classes. The community is part of the program, not an afterthought.

  • Classes are held via Zoom. A link will be provided to enrolled students before the first session.

  • All sales are final once payment is received — spots are limited and held on a first-come, first-served basis, so please review the semester dates carefully before enrolling.

That said, we understand that life happens. If you become fully unable to complete the program, your spot may be transferred to another individual at your discretion. Transfers are for the full enrollment only — spots cannot be split or shared between multiple people. To initiate a transfer, contact us at hello@treasurecoasttalent.com.

  • The Tuesday 4:00 PM ET community is specifically designed for kids, teens, and their parents. It covers the same core concepts with age-appropriate guidance and includes parent-facing content about navigating the industry alongside your child.
