Jean’s hands-on experience advocating for actors on projects like The Chosen, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, Yellowstone, and Outer Banks gives her a clear, practical understanding of how careers are built behind the scenes.
In 2024, Sarah joined Jean as her assistant, bringing a fresh perspective to the actor/agent relationship. Together, they supported their roster by helping their actors level up their materials and packages to make them stand out to casting directors, producers, and directors.
Jean and Sarah are thrilled to continue their partnership in sharing their behind-the-scenes expertise with actors.

Sarah brings twenty years of creative industry experience as an actor, screenwriter, video editor, casting director, and agent's assistant. A Best Actress winner for Amazing Gracie and author of The Beginning Actor's Guide, with credits including Lifemark and Fat Chance, Sarah has spent her career on every side of the industry. That full-picture perspective is exactly what she brings to every actor she works with.
